01. General Overview & Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase of electric scooty, battery upgrades, and OEM spare parts through TYSON EV platforms, authorized showrooms, and digital storefronts. By placing an order or booking a test ride, you agree to be bound by these provisions.

02. EV Purchase, Battery Selection & 3-Year Warranty

All electric scooty purchased through TYSON EV come with a 3-Year Manufacturer Frame Warranty and a 2-Year Lithium-Ion Battery & Motor Warranty. Custom battery upgrades (e.g. 960Wh Samsung 21700 or Dual 1300Wh packs) selected during checkout are sealed and certified under UL 2849 safety standards.

Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Policy: All electric vehicle purchases, custom battery builds, and orders are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable once booked, dispatched, or delivered.

03. Doorstep Test Rides & Express Delivery

When scheduling a test ride or doorstep delivery across Delhi NCR:

• Test rides are complimentary and conducted under certified safety protocol.
• Riders must present a valid government photo ID prior to embarking on a test ride.
• Express doorstep dispatch is available with real-time tracking and logistics confirmation.
• 24/7 roadside assistance is provided within the metropolitan service perimeter.

04. Spare Parts & Non-Returnable Policy

All spare parts, battery packs, motors, and accessories sold through TYSON EV are strictly Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable. Please verify component specifications and vehicle compatibility prior to purchase.
